Colin has worked in the musical theatre industry for the past 27 years musical directing hundreds of musicals. He is also a piano teacher and vocal coach and works ith theatre arts schools.

Colin has been composing for 27 years and wrote version one of Bluebeard back in 2006 with John which premiered in Alyth, Scotland in 2006.Colin runs Vivaldi Studio who continue to write musical for adults and children which can be hired for production at any time.

I am a retired headteacher who first became interested in drama at college many years ago. I have appeared on stage in many musicals and plays with Alyth Musical Society and Perth Drama Group.

I first began directing in 2003 with Alyth Musical Society with whom I directed 8 shows. I have also directed for Tayside Opera, Perth Drama Group, Thomson-Leng (Adults and Youth) and Carnoustie Musical Society. I have also directed Priscilla Queen of the Desert in Forfar in 2024.

My other creative interests include photography, painting and writing. Several of my plays have been performed on stage.
